- Shipping Time – Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- In-Stock vs. Pre-Sale Items – If your order includes pre-sale items, they may ship separately or take longer to arrive.
- Order Tracking – A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Are there any shipping delays?
Our fulfillment team works hard to get your packages out as quickly as possible! While most orders ship within 2 business days, transit times will depend on your chosen shipping carrier. Please note that:
- We cannot modify orders once they are processed.
- Shipping estimates do not include possible weather-related delays.

What if my order includes fitness products?
Fitness-related items may ship separately. If you order multiple items, they may arrive on different days. Be on the lookout for multiple shipping confirmation emails with different tracking numbers if your order is split.

Where can I check my order status?
You will receive two email notifications:
1. Order Confirmation – Sent immediately after you place an order.
2. Shipping Confirmation – Includes your tracking number once your order ships.
You can also track your order using our Order Status Tool by entering your email and postal code.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, our Customer Experience team may be able to assist you. However, once an order has been released for shipping, we cannot cancel or make changes, including address corrections.

My package says "delivered," but I can't find it. What should I do?
If your tracking status shows "delivered", but you haven't received the package:
1. Wait 24 hours – Sometimes, packages are scanned as "delivered" before they arrive.
2. Check the shipping address – Verify that the address in your order confirmation is correct.
3. Look around your property – Check near entrances, behind furniture, and in hidden spots.
4. Check with your carrier:
- USPS – Check your mailbox or parcel locker.
- UPS – Look around your home, including doorsteps, porches, and garages. If your order was shipped via UPS SurePost, USPS may handle final delivery.
