Return and Refund Policy – Frim Fit
At Frim Fit, we are committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at info@frimfit.org with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

The item has signs of use

The packaging is damaged or missing

The return is received after the 14-day window without prior approval
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

Digital downloads (eBooks, programs, etc.)

Custom or personalized items

Sale or clearance items labeled "Final Sale"
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@frimfit.org.
